- 1 chicken breast, cooked, and shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bread
- 2 Tbsp butter
In a medium bowl combine the chicken and buffalo sauce. Meanwhile heat a skillet over medium-heat.
Spread the butter on two slices of bread and add to the pan. Top each slice with the chicken mixture and the cheese. Top with 2 pieces of bread with butter on the outside. Flip the sandwich when golden brown. Cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Cut in half and serve.
Depending on how spicy you want your sandwich, use a hotter buffalo sauce if desired.
Serve right away for best results.
