- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
In a blender combine the banana, frozen blueberries, rolled oats, vanilla yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest, almond milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend until smooth and serve.
You'll be surprised how much this tastes like a piece of pie.
You can use fresh blueberries in this recipe and add ice as necessary.
