Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

In two small jars place a small handful of blueberries. Top with the oats, chia seeds lemon zest, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Cover with a lid and shake to mix. Chill overnight.

In the morning top with the remaining blueberries. Add more milk if desired and serve.

Notes

These oats take about 6-8 hours to fully "cook" in the fridge.

Top with a zest of lemon for extra zing.
