Big Red Ice Cream 

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes



  • 1 liter Big Red soda
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 oz each)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water


Make up to three days ahead: Combine the strawberries, sugar, and water in a medium sauce pan and cook over medium until the strawberries are soft. Remove from heat then mash with a potato masher. Refrigerate until completely chilled.

Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart or larger ice cream maker, then churn according to package instructions.
