  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil, lay out bacon strips. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Flip bacon, bake for additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Whisk together brown sugar and beer - let foam settle.
  5. Brush brown sugar and beer mixture over each slice of bacon. Be generous!
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 again if crispier bacon is preferred.
Recipe Notes

Depending on how crispy you like your bacon, you can repeat the candying process multiple times until desired taste and crispness is reached.
