- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 1 oz-package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 18 vanilla wafers
- 2 bananas, sliced
In a large bowl whisk together milk and pudding mixture for about 2 minutes. Whisk in yogurt and fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
Place one wafer into the bottom of a parfait glass. Top with 2 banana slices, and 2 Tbsp pudding mixture. Repeat twice. Top with remaining whipped topping and chill for 1 hour. Garnish with extra banana and wafers.
Make this pudding extra banana-y by using a banana pudding instead of vanilla.
We like to serve these parfiats in small glasses like these.
