  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF and spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken into the dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning and rosemary. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 45 minutes. Serve.
Recipe Notes

Make your own lemon pepper seasoning by combining 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp salt.

You can use dried rosemary in this recipe but reduce to 1 tsp.
