In a large skillet over medium-high cook bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and keep bacon drippings. Place 1 Tablespoon of the bacon drippings in each mason jar and add vodka evenly between each of the jars. Add a lid and shake well to incorporate. Let stand at room temperature for 8 hours.
Place the jars in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Line a strainer with cheesecloth and strain the vodka through the strainer into a large bowl. Use a funnel and pour the vodka back into clean mason jars. Store at room temperature up to 6 months.
