Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time:
- 2 cans A&W root beer
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Fill each popsicle mold about half way with root beer and let it rest for a moment for the bubbles to subside.
Using a small spoon or butter knife, fill the mold almost the rest of the way with the vanilla ice cream. (It may help to let the root beer freeze partially before doing this step.) Top each off with a little more root beer.
Push popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
