- 4 cups rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups bugels
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup Autumn candy corn mix
- 1 cup Reeses pieces
Preheat your oven to 375ºF and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Add the cereal, bugels and mini pretzels to the pan and toss.
Meanwhile, combine the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla and baking soda. Pour the mixture over the cereal and toss to coat.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Transfer the mixture onto wax paper and cool completely. Stir in the candy and place into a bowl. Serve.
Keep the mixture in an airtight container for up to a week.
