Autumn Cheeseball

  • 1 8-oz containers cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups grated sharp chedar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp minced red onion
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp minced sage
  • 1 tsp fresh minced thyme
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • ceackers to serve


In an electric mixer beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the cheddar cheese, red onion, dried cranberries, sage and thyme, and mix until incorporated. Chill 30 minutes.

Remove cheese mixture from the fridge and roll into a ball using your hands to smooth. Roll entire ball in pecans and wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours. Serve with crackers.


You can add a dash of hot sauce into the cheese mixture for a bit of heat.
