Apple Cider Ice Cream Floats

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • apple slices to garnish

Instructions

In a small saucepan combine the apple cider and cinnamon sticks and heat until warm. Pour the cider into glasses and top with the vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and the apple slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add a bit of a kick with 1 oz of moonshine added to the cider.

Consume immediately to enjoy the different temperatures in the drink.
