No matter my mood on Valentine's Day, there's only one song that strikes my fancy. Gene Kelly's smooth voice crooning "I Could Write a Book" is a sweet salve for most of my emotional wounds, but when I learned about Blue Bell's newest flavor release for a limited time, the lyrics immediately came to mind. The two lovers becoming friends in this new Blue Bell Ice Cream release? Raspberry and fudge brownie.
That's right, y'all. Starting today, you can find Blue Bell's Raspberry Fudge Brownie in stores throughout Texas and where Blue Bell is sold. You can also find Tin Roof back on shelves where Blue Bell is sold.

As the Blue Bell press release states, this really isn't your average brownie sundae. Raspberry and fudge brownie, two delicious lovers and friends, join forces inside a half gallon carton. Lovely and flavorful almond ice cream cozies up to fudge brownie chunks, dark chocolate flakes, and a raspberry sauce swirl.
As Sara Schramm, marketing brand manager of Blue Bell, said of the new flavor, Raspberry Fudge Brownie ice cream, in the press release,
"We are excited to add a flavor that features raspberry to our line-up and I know our fans will be eager to try this new creation. This is a concept we have worked on for a few years and now we have the perfect combination. The brownies and ice cream are subtle, yet so flavorful together. And after you taste the raspberry sauce, it is better than you could have imagined.
This flavor also comes in pint sizes, although let's be honest. Pints are basically personal ice cream containers, so if you're sharing, just go ahead and grab the half-gallon. Your sweetheart deserves it, and so do you! I just love when the flakes of dark chocolate melt on your tongue and the tangy yet subtly sweet raspberry sauces captures all there is to love about the berry.
