Pimento Cheese Compound Butter
Once you make this pimento cheese compound butter, there's no stopping where you'll be using it as a topping. From steak to bread, nothing is off limits.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup pimento cheese spread
- In a food processor combine the butter and pimento cheese and process until combined. Transfer to a sheet of parchment or wax paper and roll into a 1-inch log. Chill 1 hour.
- Remove from paper and slice. Spread on corn or hearty bread slices.
Make sure your butter is well softened before preparing. Use spicy pimento cheese for a kick.
