  • 2 lbs frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Dice red onion and prepare the bacon, cooking and chopping it into small pieces.
  • Rinse your peas in cold water and drain.
  • Fill a large bowl with cheddar cheese, red onion, mayonnaise, bacon bits, peas, salt and pepper. Mix everything together, and chill for an hour or more before serving.
