It's time to start dusting off the ol' resume. If you've ever wished of finding a summer job that lets you drink beer and get paid well, this is the job for you. Natural Light, aka Natty Light, is looking for their new 2019 Natty Light Summer Intern and wants the best of the best. Don't expect this job to tie you down to a desk from 9-5. The beer brand is looking for one individual who they deem "Natty qualified". If you love beer, have a knack for creativity, and are over 21 years of age, consider yourself qualified for this once in a lifetime internship.
"Look, I am sick and tired of high-quality human beings being overlooked because they're not on the (air quotations) 'Dean's list,"' said Solimani. "Do we like awesome grades? Sure. But on top of that we want an ambitious, scrappy trailblazer. We're running Natty Light, not your uncle's accounting firm."
Getting down to the nitty-gritty, minimum qualifications include being "outgoing, but not annoying, there is a fine line", and the ability to spell "Protractor". During the internship, you can expect to attend various events as an ambassador of the brand, create viral content across all Natural Light social channels, conduct guerilla marketing, conduct product research, design some sick swag, and even create a weekly vlog to document your internship. Guerilla marketing, if you didn't know, is cheap outdoor marketing. Flash mobs and that time Domino's started filling potholes would be considered guerilla marketing.
