How to Use the Mr. Coffee Iced Coffee Maker
Super easy, y'all. There's a water line on the cup, so fill it up with water, then pour it into the machine's base. After you do that, you'll fill up your tumbler with ice cubes. Fill the tumbler up to the very top! (I use an entire ice tray when making my coffee.)
How to Clean the Mr. Coffee Iced Coffee Maker
I clean my removable basket and filter with water and Dawn dish soap after every single use. Be sure to let them air dry. As for the base of the coffee maker, I rinse it out with water a few times a week. Of course, be sure to unplug the coffee maker if you decide to do this too!

I'm a clean freak, so cleaning every inch of the coffee maker often is a must. Also, the tumbler is not dishwasher safe, so handwash your tumbler and straw after each use.
I don't put any coffee maker equipment in the dishwasher.

The Mr. Coffee Iced Coffee Maker is your one-stop-shop for a single, simple cold cup of coffee at home. The brewing method is easy: add your coffee grounds, fill your tumbler or carafe with ice cubes, and let the single-serve coffee maker do its thing! Although it isn't a programmable coffee maker, the unit does have an automatic shut-off.
This Mr. Coffee unit brews hot coffee too, but it's different than using a single-serve K-Cup. Not only do you get to pick what sort of beans you want, but you control the ratio of grounds to water. That means your iced coffee will taste like real iced coffee instead of being watered down.
This is a great way to save money on your coffee cravings. Choose your own stainless steel tumbler if you like, but the included one works great!

Although this is a regular cold brew maker and not an espresso machine, you don't have to consider lattes or a macchiato off-the-menu. Just grab the right milk frother and keep brewing!
The only downside I see is that this machine will not work as an iced tea maker. Keep that in mind, and don't try adding any teabags! Misuse isn't covered in the manufacturer's warranty.

5/5 stars. It takes me about five minutes to have refreshing iced coffee. I'll be honest, at first, I didn't see the point of having my own iced coffee maker. Like, can't I just use my hot coffee maker and add ice?
Absolutely, but all of the included items under $35 make it worth it. The tumbler is perfect for taking a cup of iced coffee on the go, plus I don't have to worry about a messy spout from my regular coffee maker. (The drip-stop is also helpful for preventing messy counters.) The ease of use is unmatched. Just follow all the steps and press start.
Just be sure to find ground coffee you love, along with your favorite flavorings. I love Starbucks creamer, Dunkin coffee grounds, and Ghirardelli caramel syrup.
