How To Make Scrambled Eggs

It's very easy to microwave scrambled eggs for a quick breakfast. First, butter the inside of a microwave-safe bowl. For a healthier version, use cooking spray. Whisk together one egg, milk and seasonings. Cook on high power for 40 seconds, add shredded cheese, then cook for 10 seconds. If you want to get your veggies for the day, add in spinach, broccoli, or peppers.

Poached Eggs

Poached eggs are a wonderful breakfast recipe. The prep time for a microwaved egg is much faster. All you need to do is crack the egg into a bowl, add vinegar and water and cover with a plate. Cook for 50 seconds, then in 15 second increments until the yolk is set.

Omelet

There are numerous egg recipes out there, but nothing quite as classic as an omelet. The night before, mix together your eggs, veggies, chopped ham and cheddar cheese. In the morning, dump the mixture into a mug and cover with a paper towel. Microwave eggs for two minutes and enjoy!

Fried Eggs

This may be the easiest way of cooking eggs. Spray a plate with non-stick spray, crack the egg, prick the yolk and microwave for 45 seconds. We suggest adding fresh herbs to brighten the dish.

Hard Boiled Eggs

If you're short on time, this is the fastest way to get hard boiled eggs. Add your eggs to a cup of hot water, then cover and microwave for four minutes. If you want a runny yolk, take out and peel the egg. If you like it firmer, let it sit in the cup water for 2 minutes.
