Dressing up your hamburger and hot dog just got a whole lot saucier. Earlier last year Heinz launched Mayochup, a combination mayonnaise-ketchup sauce and the social media world went wild. While most people joked about the name itself, most people were excited for the new mayochup sauce to hit shelves. However it seems like that was just the beginning, and sauce lovers can celebrate knowing two new flavor combination sauces are about to hit shelves.
Last year the brand took to Twitter and asked Americans if they were ready for a combination mayonnaise sauce to be avaliable at grocery stores nationwide. Now, after announcing the sauces, people on social media are voicing their concerns-mainly making fun of the sauce names.
They mayomust've struggled with the name. I do not relish what they came up with. They really have to ketchup with the times.

MayoMust sounds like Mayo just came home from the gym.

Joking aside, the company shared that the reason they created these sauces was to stabilize failing mayonnaise sales. Just as the names describe, Mayocue is a combination of creamy mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. Mayomust combines the best of mayo and yellow mustard.
According to one Twitter user, the new Mayocue tastes exactly like Campfire Sauce they serve at Red Robin.
Mayocue is campfire sauce. Go buy it at Walmart instead of coming to my work to drink it at the table. https://t.co/vHZMPxqAOR

Combining different condiments isn't anything new. Thousand Island dressing is just a combination of ketchup, mayonnaise, and relish. "Sauce lovers nationwide have been mixing different condiments to create flavor combinations that will take their favorite foods to the next level for years," Nicole Kulwicki, Heinz's director of marketing said in a recent statement. "First with Mayochup sauce and now with Mayocue and Mayomust sauces, we're taking out the guesswork to give our fans the perfect condiment blends from the start!"
You can grab the newest sauce mash-ups at your local store shelves soon. But until then, grab a bottle of Mayochup online.
Will these sauces be the next big thing to bring to the company cook-out? We'll just have to wait and find out.
