Turkey and Gravy Soda is Back for a Jones Soda Thanksgiving

Jones Soda is known for their creative and outlandish soda flavors, from Prosciutto to Antacid to Bacon. When it comes to the holidays, their creativity is far from diminished, and they've released Jones Soda Thanksgiving flavors like Green Bean Casserole, Dinner Roll, and Fruitcake soda. One of the most memorable of all was their Turkey and Gravy Soda, and this one is back to enjoy this holiday season!

This savory soda flavor came out in 2003, but it hasn't been available in over a decade. This year is the 25th anniversary of Jones Soda, so they've decided that it's time revive it, giving a new generation of soda-lovers the chance to combine their love of turkey dinner with their love of carbonated soda for the first time.

To make it even more exciting, Jones Soda Co. has planned 35,000 bottles for this limited edition holiday pack, and each will be numbered individually for "collectability." So any Jones Soda fans who felt particularly nostalgic about the Jones Soda turkey and gravy flavor, this is your chance to have a collectable bottle.

Mark Murray, Jone's Soda CEO and president, says "We've taken enough of a breather from this flavor, and we think this is the right time to bring it back. There's a whole generation—an entire demographic of Gen Z and younger millennials—that's never tried it, but maybe just heard of it."

Th flavor is already available in Canada, and the Jones Soda website has a running countdown of when it'll be on shelves in the United States. (At the time of this article, it was four days and 15 hours!)

According to Adweek, Jones has adjusted the flavor to make it taste more authentically like turkey and gravy. We're not sure if this is a good thing, but it will definitely make the soda hard to forget. Murray says "It all sounds absurd, but it's unique and different and funny, and it makes people remember who you are."

This year, when you sit down for Thanksgiving dinner, will you grab a Jones Soda Turkey and Gravy to wash down those mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce?
