IHOP Just Added Alcohol to their Menu and We Can't Wait for Brunch

IHOP is a go-to spot for a classic breakfast full of chocolate chip pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs and hickory-smoked bacon strips. This American staple is making breakfast even more fun than before with a new addition to the IHOP menu- alcohol!

IHOP Menu

On a sleepy Sunday morning, few things are better than rolling out of bed and starting your day with a plate of original buttermilk pancakes drizzled in maple syrup or a freshly cooked omelette full of crispy bacon.

There's an IHOP menu item for everyone, whether you like a light egg breakfast with a side of fresh fruit, an indulgent Belgian waffle combo with a side of pork sausage links, or a classic original French toast. When it comes to pancakes, there's the harvest grain 'n nut, New York cheesecake pancakes, and you can choose a short stack or a full stack.

The IHOP menu allows you to choose from a wide range of entree options, from classics like French toast, hash browns and crepes to meals more fit for lunchtime, like the cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches and Cowboy BBQ. Some other tasty dishes are the Turkey Cheddar Club, BLT, Grilled Tilapia, Buttermilk Crispy Chicken, Sirloin Steak Tips and Spicy Buffalo Chicken Breast.

There are also many combo options, like the French toast combo, the funny face pancake combo, and the family feasts, along with personalizations like the create your own omelette.

A Boozy New Addition

Although IHOP has always been a haven of delicious breakfast items, their recent menu addition brings brunch to a whole new level. Along with a stack of pancakes and a side of smoked bacon, you can get a mimosa or corona to wash your meal down. Brands like Corona, Blue Moon, Bud Light and Barefoot will be on the menu, along with any other options your local IHOP adds.

The new "Bubbles, Wine & Brews" menu will be incorporated at certain locations throughout the country, starting in two locations in New Mexico. Next month, an IHOP in San Diego will be bringing the booze to its menu. In the coming months, IHOP has announced that restaurants in Ohio, Maryland, Rhode Island and New York will follow suit.

I don't know about you, but I'm ready for a plate of chocolate chip pancakes and a refreshing mimosa!
