CBD Sleep Drops Are How I'm Putting an End To Waking up in the Middle of the Night

Life is short, but it feels pretty darn long when you're constantly tired during the day. I'm not a morning person, but I'm getting there, thanks to natural remedies. From early morning workouts, drinking more water, and now, CBD products. I tried Healist Naturals Calm Chews and Sleep Drops, and I can feel a difference already.

I've never had a healthy sleep cycle, honestly. Okay, well, I once did. Then college happened, along with being a young adult in a wonderful city like Austin, Texas.) (Sorry, New York, but we tend not to sleep here either.) I'm always out and about after work, thanks to hobbies, concerts, good eats, and margaritas.

Unfortunately, coming home late (or good ol' hangover anxiety) can make it hard to fall asleep at night. And when I am in bed a decent hour, scrolling TikTok and checking emails before bed will keep me up. I'm simply tired of feeling tired when I should feel energized. I'm done trying to fix my well-being with more coffee. It's time to get to the root of the problem with CBD oil.

Benefits of CBD Oil

If you're curious about what CBD oil can do for your wellness, visit healistnaturals.com. Made with natural ingredients and triple lab tested, you can rest (literally) assured that Healist Naturals' broad-spectrum CBD products are worth it.

Wait, What? CBD? Broad Spectrum vs. Full Spectrum?

No, this is not like eating edibles or smoking marijuana. Healist Naturals only uses broad-spectrum hemp extract that has undetectable levels of THC. According to Healist Naturals, full-spectrum hemp extract contains around 0.3% THC.

What I Tried:

I tried Sleep Drops and Calm Chews. It did take me a while to be consistent with the sleep drops. I would take them on and off for a bit. However, I decided it was time to stay consistent for a much better review. After taking them nightly for a week, I can honestly say that I noticed an improvement in staying asleep.

Disclaimer: Every now and then, I do listen to ASMR videos. Don't know what ASMR is? You're missing out. Now between relaxing sounds before bed and sleep drops, I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep.

Being able to sleep through the night made it so much easier to hop out of bed, straight to the coffee maker, and then the shower. In case you haven't noticed, waking up two hours before your alarm goes off leads to the worst sleep ever. I mean, you might as well start your day at 5 a.m. if you're more energized then, versus going back to sleep for two hours just to feel like you only got two hours of sleep.

Staying asleep = more energy.

Now, onto the calm chews. I genuinely feel more relaxed after eating a calm chew. I did feel a little sleepy, though. (I weigh under 100 pounds, so things tend to affect me differently. So keep that in mind as you figure out how many drops you may need).

I'm at the point where I only like these chews for a relaxing Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon or evening spent at home. Also, I will note that these chews did not cure my teeth grinding, but I became very aware of it more often and was able to remind myself to release the tension. Kind of a strange (although good) occurrence, but I'm happy I was able to make a note of this several times after taking the chews.

How many sleep drops do you need? Check out this chart.

Ingredients:

Hemp seed oil, essential oils (lavender, chamomile, lemongrass, orange pine, etc.)

Other Ingredients: Organic MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides) From Coconut, Organic Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Organic Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Essential Oil, Organic Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Essential Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Essential Oil, Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm) Essential Oil, Stevia Leaf Extract.

Sleep Drops vs. Calm Chews

I use calm chews during the day (on weekends) and sleep drops before bed (any night of the week).

The tinctures go under your tongue. However, the Healist Advanced Naturals chews are gummies. Now, they're not Welch's fruit snacks, so they're not yummy treats. However, they're not nasty enough to spit out.

Which Product Is for You?

I've never tried topicals, but this is what I would try if I wanted to test cannabinoids on sore muscles. I run and lift weights, which means my body is constantly trying to trick me into thinking it's rest day when I'm tired from lack of sleep (and soreness).

Besides water, get to healing those sore muscles quickly with good rest (thanks to calm drops) and body relief lotion.

As for drops, if you're interested in sleep and double-strength/extra-strength CBD products, I would consider these. For a calm and relaxed feeling, I would consider chews.
