French Scrambled Eggs
Add a little bit of French to your morning with our French Scrambled Eggs. Light and creamy, these eggs are a must at your next brunch.
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- In a bowl whisk the eggs. Add in the heavy cream and salt, and whisk until smooth. Meanwhile heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the butter, heating until melted. Add the eggs and whisk constantly until eggs are set and very creamy. Serve.
While this recipe is simple, it takes time to constantly whisk the eggs. Serve with a side of toasted crusty bread.
