I grew up watching The Food Network almost every day and I am still a regular viewer of all the popular cooking shows. There are some amazing celebrity chefs to watch and learn from. One of my all-time favorite celebrity chefs growing up was Emeril Lagasse. I could not miss an episode of his popular TV show, Emeril Live. I'll never forget it-I must've been in second or third grade and one of my friends called me up to tell me her mom got tickets for all of us to go to a live taping of one of his shows. Let me tell you, I was in awe! I also made it on television for a few seconds. What a day!
