It looks like Food Network star Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes and Ace of Cakes is about to be a dad! According to a recent Instagram post, Duff Goldman and his wife Johnna Colbry are expecting their first baby in January. The couple celebrated the announcement of their biggest adventure by posing with muffins, placing a mini muffin over Johnna's belly to represent the happy news.

It was love at first sight for Goldman, who was busy working on various television shows such as Worst Bakers in America and the Kid's Baking Championship. Duff shared how he proposed to his wife in 2018 on a post on Instagram.
"I woke up yesterday and it felt like any other day. Sun was shining, birds was chirping. I made some coffee, ate a little breakfast, and got in the shower," he wrote in the caption of their hands locked in an embrace, Johnna's finger wrapped in a piece of butcher's twine. "I was shaving my head when like a mule kick to the heart I realized that I am absolutely in love with Johnna ( @letushear ) and I can't imagine living another day without her in my life," he continued. "She is kind, funny, smart, beautiful, cool, wise, and sexy. She's a tempest of feeling."

I woke up yesterday and it felt like any other day. Sun was shining, birds was chirping. I made some coffee, ate a little breakfast, and got in the shower. I was shaving my head when like a mule kick to the heart I realized that I am absolutely in love with Johnna ( @letushear ) and I can’t imagine living another day without her in my life. She is kind, funny, smart, beautiful, cool, wise, and sexy. She’s a tempest of feeling. I didn’t plan this out, it just happened and it was so glaringly obvious that I couldn’t have stopped it if I wanted to. I asked her to marry me. She said yes. I cannot imagine a state of happiness that is more intense than whatever I’m feeling right now. My heart just might burst. I love you muffin. I love every scar. I love the way you smell. I’m sorry I didn’t have a real ring. I hope you don’t mind butcher’s twine, I am a chef, after all.
In 2019 the couple wed at the Museum of Natural History in Los Angeles. A first look of the wedding was shown in Martha Stewart Weddings, which featured a tropical and romantic vibe. The couple had a petting zoo and said, "I do" in front of the T-rex exhibit. The wedding cakes were over-the-top (would you expect anything else from the Ace of Cakes star and pastry chef?) and guests indulged themselves on a Los Angeles street tacos, a baked potato bar, barbecue, and pizza.
We are so happy for Johnna Goldman and husband Duff Goldman.
