The original Nestlé Drumsticks are every ice cream sundae lover's dream. The original sundae cone has everything you could want on a sundae, with the addition of a sweet waffle cone. Thanks to these ice cream cones, there was no need for me to pull out a bowl, gallon of ice cream, and toppings when I had a sundae craving.
Ripping open a Drumstick pack with my teeth was always something I could be caught doing after dinner as a child. Sinking your teeth into the fudge layer of a Drumstick will never get old. Once you crack the chocolate coating, it's onto vanilla ice cream. Since the release of their Cookies 'N' Cream Ice Cream bars, I've been looking forward to biting into cookie bits.

The Drumstick cone reminds me of Blue Bell's Cookie Cone. I've never seen Cookie Cones in store. The only place I've ever bought one from was from my high school cafeteria.
I'm comparing the two because Blue Bell's Cookie Cone had an excellent cookie layer. The Drumstick Cookies 'N' Cream Cone layer does have that Oreo taste with the classic sugar cone. If you long for that well-known ice cream cone, you'll get your fix with this Drumstick cone.
The Cookies 'N' Cream flavor is creamy and satisfying with every bite. Even as you get down to waffle cone, you'll still be able to taste cookie bits. If you love Cookies 'N' Cream and love waffle cones, I can't think of a better ice cream cone for you.

The winner of the two Cookies 'N' Cream flavors is the bar. I know, but the cone, it's what makes a Drumstick a Drumstick! I get it, but having an entire bar of chocolatey coating is what won me over.
I see why 'crushed it!' is printed over the box, now. With every bite, I could feel the cookie coating melting into my mouth. The surface is so delicious that I knew I wouldn't miss the waffle cone.
Since there is more cookie layering on the bar, naturally, I finished the ice cream bars first. I still love the Cookies 'N' Cream Cones, but I'll take extra cookie layering over a waffle cone every time.
I highly recommend trying both flavors. Check your local grocery store for your Cookies 'N' Cream fix. For now, don't forget about these delicious flavors Nestlé gifted us years back.
