Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
Add a latin twist your spinach with this Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette made in minutes. Simply add the ingredients to a mason jar and shake.
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Chopped cilantro
- crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a mason jar combine the lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Shake to combine. Serve over salad.
We paired this dressing with baby spinach, sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes. You can make this ahead. Just shake the dressing to mix before serving.
