After being arrested in mid-April, Caleb Drummond has officially been charged with the misdemeanor of driving while impaired and carrying an open container. The police were alerted back in April when a truck stopped for an unusually long time at a traffic light in Osage County, Oklahoma. When they arrived, it appeared that Caleb was sleeping at the wheel, and they found a BAC of .05. Drummond had trouble putting the car in park, exiting his vehicle, and he failed sobriety testing.

This weekend, Caleb Drummond was arrested on April 17 in the early morning due to driving under the influence, carrying firearms under the influence, and transporting an open container of beer according to the Osage County Sheriff. He was released later that afternoon.
Caleb Drummond Arrested for DUI One Month After Crash
The investigation is still ongoing and it will be the district attorney's decision whether or not to charge him.
It was only a month ago that the Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond's nephew Caleb Drummond and husband Ladd Drummond were involved in a crash while they were both responding to a fire on the Drummond family ranch in separate fire trucks just outside of Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Caleb and Ladd both crashed head-on and the crash caused Caleb to fly 70 feet from the truck due to him not wearing a seatbelt. Both men required medical attention at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa where 21-year-old Caleb was admitted in critical condition with head, arm, leg and internal injuries, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
The Pioneer Woman's Husband Suffers Broken Neck in Accident
Originally Ladd refused treatment at the scene of the truck collision but later on Ree shared that Ladd was very close to being seriously injured. Ladd "broke his neck in two places - and evidently one of the two fractures was very close to being catastrophic," Ree shared in a blog post. Ladd underwent surgery following the crash, requiring him to wear a neck brace.
Ree and Ladd's daughter Alex (who is set to be married this month) and youngest son Todd, shared on Instagram how their father's recovery is doing.
"A lot of people are asking how our dad is," Alex Drummond said of their dad in an Instagram video. "He's doing a lot better. He's recovering, and he's starting to get back into ranch work."
As for Caleb, Todd shared he was "doing good," and, "He's pretty much all healed up and back to his normal life."
