15 Recipes You Can Make With a Box of Bisquick

Oh, Bisquick. What a lifesaving ingredient for all home cooks in the kitchen. You can't miss that bright yellow box in the baking aisle at the grocery store. I'm usually not one to reach for boxed baking mixes, but when it comes to Bisquick recipes, the baking mix is one of my go-to's for fluffy pancakes, waffles, dumplings, and biscuits.

So, you might ask, what are the ingredients in the yellow box? Turns out, nothing out of the ordinary; flour, salt, shortening, and baking powder. And for all of our gluten-free friends, Betty Crocker now offers a gluten-free version of their Bisquick mix. It's a blend of rice flour, salt, sugar, leavening agents, potato starch and xantham gum.
