Bee Sting Cocktail
This cocktail is a favorite over at At Lucy's Fried Chicken in Austin, Texas. Try out this spicy and sweet cocktail today.
Ingredients
For the Honey Syrup
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp hot water
For the Cocktail
- 2 slices jalapeno
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- 1 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small mug, mix together honey and hot water until honey is melted. Add to a cocktail shaker.
- To the cocktail shaker add the jalapeño and muddle. Add the tequila and lemon juice and ice. Shake and strain into glasses. Serve.
Notes
Garnish with a lemon peel and a slice of jalapeño.
Use gloves when handling the jalapeños to prevent eye injury.
