Lydia Greene, a Midwest native, received her B.A. in Anthropology, Psychology and Spanish. After spending a few years in Social Work, she decided to combine her love of writing with her love of food and become a food writer. Lydia comes from a long tradition of cooking and baking, and you can find her on any given day baking a fruit tart or a chocolate pecan pie with her cat. She also loves traveling the globe and embraces any opportunity to practice Spanish and have new experiences. Along with traveling and Spanish, Lydia is passionate about backpacking, scuba diving and salsa dancing.
