Christian Kogler grew up in Pennsylvania and was named after a British boy who believed himself to be a dog. His undergraduate career began at Bucknell University and ended at the University of Denver where he studied creative writing and philosophy. While there, Christian often found himself waxing poetic in the mountains and chatting with the local canine population. Christian then moved from Denver to New York to attend the Columbia Publishing Course, Columbia University’s graduate program for all things publishing. After completing the course, he was hired by Lehigh Valley Style, a regional lifestyle magazine, as a contributing editor. Most recently, Christian served as the healthy eating editor for The Daily Meal, an online publication that covers all things food and drink. Like his British eponym, Christian too loves dogs.
