Apple Cider Ice Cream Floats
Combine the warmth of hot apple cider with the coolness of ice cream in these Apple Cider Ice Cream Floats topped with caramel.
- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
- apple slices to garnish
- In a small saucepan combine the apple cider and cinnamon sticks and heat until warm. Pour the cider into glasses and top with the vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and the apple slices. Serve immediately.
Add a bit of a kick with 1 oz of moonshine added to the cider. Consume immediately to enjoy the different temperatures in the drink.
