Little Caesars is the Best Pizza Chain in the Country, According to Americans

With its perfect combo of melted cheese, carbs, and assortment of toppings, pizza is a universally beloved food group. Some pizza lovers prefer gourmet pizza made with the finest ingredients and cooked in a wood fired oven, while others are perfectly content chowing down on a cheap slice at a chain restaurant. No matter your standards or preferences, you likely have an opinion on the best place to eat this magical combo of cheese and carbs. 

To analyze which pizza chains are most beloved throughout the country, TOP Data looked at GPS data of millions of Americans to see which top pizza chains are most frequented. They also surveyed 1,000 Americans to discover their preferred pizza spots.

Based on their findings, Domino's is the most popular in the northwest, while most Pizza Hut lovers reside in the Northeast. As for Little Caesar's, the fans of this chain can be found in abundance throughout the country. 

Although Pizza! Pizza!, the chain owned by Little Caesars, wasn't included in this survey, we can only assume that its fans are also sprinkled throughout the country. Pizza! Pizza! is the better choice for those looking for lots of options, while Little Caesars is ideal if you're in the mood for a cheap slice.

Most Popular Pizza Chains in America

After analyzing the GPS data and survey results of pizza-loving Americans, TOP Data concluded that Little Caesars is the most popular pizza chain in the country. In 16 states, this beloved pizza chain is the go-to when you're craving a slice.

Although Little Caesars was the clear winner when it comes to popular pizza chains, the next most beloved chains are less clear. After Little Caesars, Dominos and Marco's Pizza tied for second, with 9 states each. Although their fans can be found scattered throughout the states, most Dominos lovers are in the Northwest, while Marco's Pizza is more popular on the Eastern side of the country.

Godfather's is the 4th most beloved pizza chain in the country, with fans scattered across the states from west to east. It's no surprise because Godfather's Pizza originated in TK.

Last but not least, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut were both voted the top pizza joint in 3 states. Pizza Hut's supporters are clustered in the Northeast, while Pizza Hut lovers can be found in the south and in the big apple.
