Congrats to the happy couple!

This wedding special will give us more details on the wedding, allowing us to experience secondhand the lovely decorations, incredible cake, and the Pioneer Woman's wonderful family of course.

As Alex Drummond recounted on her Instagram, "Not a day has gone by where we haven't reflected on our wedding day and how amazingly wonderful it was in every single way. EVERYTHING down to the smallest details made the day oh so special. We are so thankful not only for our amazing team of vendors, but for our parents and all of the efforts that went into making this thing happen! If you would have told me a year ago that we would get married in a tent in the middle of the ranch, I would've laughed....but little did we know."

I don't know about you, but I'm ready for more!

Update: May 3, 2021

Alex Drummond, the Pioneer Woman's daughter, celebrated her big day on May 1st! 23-year-old Alex's wedding was a lovely event at the family's ranch, where Alex grew up, full of friends, family and Ree Drummond's delicious food of course. Alex and Mauricio had been dating for a few years when he proposed last August, and the wedding day finally arrived after nine months of planning. The adorable newlyweds' joy was on full display throughout the ceremony and reception.

The Food Network star shared a photo of herself and her husband Ladd, who's currently in a neck brace, at her daughter's wedding. Her caption says "Our honeymoon baby is getting married tonight. (TMI??)"

There are also many happy selfies shared throughout the event on social media by the Drummond family, from sibling pics to photos of the happy bride and groom. Paige Drummond, the maid of honor, shared this gem of her with her big sis.

The wedding decor involved flowers and beautiful greenery draped along the aisle and around the reception tent, and the multi-tiered cake was a work of art. Alex wore a gorgeous strapless dress with lace and a sweetheart neckline.

It just doesn't get cuter than this!

The big day is coming up and Mother-of-the-Bride Ree Drummond is helping the happy couple with the most important part of the reception: the food! According to Ree Drummond's daughter Alex during an Instagram Live for The Pioneer Woman Magazine, The Pioneer Woman is "the mastermind" behind the outdoor wedding menu. In fact, bride-to-be Alex Drummond and fiancé Mauricio Scott don't even know what's on the menu!

What's on the menu for Alex Drummond and Mauricio Scott's Wedding?

Catered by The Mercantile, which is owned by Food Network Star Ree Drummond and located in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, serves comfort food at its finest. The main course will include beef tenderloin filet, charred vegetables, peppers and asparagus, and mashed potatoes. The steak will be served with a variety of sauces to the dismay of some Oklahoma farmers according to Ree. As for side dishes, the macaroni and cheese will feature seven different kinds of cheese as well as caramelized onions.

"It's actually cheese with a little macaroni added," Ree says and Alex laughs.

As for the Wedding Cake, there's a lot to go around. Created by Amy Cakes in Oklahoma City, two decadent cakes will be available for guests to choose from. The Bride's cake will be traditional, with vanilla and strawberry cake topped with white icing and florals. The Groom's cake is a nod to Scott's favorite football teams: the Pittsburgh Steelers and Texas A&M University where the happy couple went to school. The cake will be chocolate and made to look like a football jersey.

And let's not forget the late-night snacks! The couple requested tacos and a churro bar.

The special day will take place at the family ranch where the Pioneer Woman star shoots her cooking show. Joining them in celebrating will be the entire Drummond family including father Ladd Drummond, siblings Paige, Bryce, and Todd, foster son Jamar, as well as family and friends.
