Welcome to the dog days of summer. This is that special time of year when you try to convince yourself that you’ll have all your friends over and you’ll cook up a big bash to celebrate the summertime produce that is available. Unfortunately, at the same time, the thought of turning on the stove seems like the very last thing that you want to do.
So what do you do?
Just because you’re not turning on the stove doesn’t mean that you can’t whip up a few great dishes to entertain. Far from it, in fact. All you have to do is just get a bit creative with your recipe selection and choose no-cook meals.
