Spicy Cinnamon Whiskey 

Prep Time: 7 days | Cook Time:



  • 750 ml Bourbon
  • 10 sticks cinnamon
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 3-6 whole dried chilies (we used chile de arbol)


Combine the bourbon, cinnamon sticks, and sugar in an airtight container and shake. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 5 days. Shake once daily.

Add the whole dried chilies and shake. Continue to let sit 2 more days, shaking once daily.

Strain the bourbon of the cinnamon sticks and chilies and enjoy!
