- 4 cups sliced peaches (About 2 13 oz cans)
- 1/2 cup peach juice (Can sub out for milk or water)
- 1/3 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 2/3 cup quick dry oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs butter, sliced into small chunks
Lightly grease the slow cooker insert then place peach slices in insert.
In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Pour in peach juice, and lightly stir. Place the butter slices sporadically along the top.
Cover and cook on low until the center is set about, 4-5 hours. Remove lid and cook 15-30 minutes more to crisp up the top.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just a big spoon, and enjoy!
