Shiner Bock Beer Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (Can use all-purpose instead if desired)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs butter, melted
  • 12 oz Shiner Bock

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F and lightly grease an 8 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Make a well in the center, then pour in honey, melted butter, and Shiner. Mix until just blended, then pour into the prepared pan and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
