- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups Everclear
- 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka
In a saucepan mix together the apple cider, cranberry juice, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and dried cranberries. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
When cooled, add in the everclear and whipped cream vodka. Pour through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheese cloth and pour into mason jars. Place the lids on and let moonshine chill for 1 month in the fridge. Serve with fresh cranberries.
This moonshine takes a while to chill so make sure to make it well in advance.
Serve this moonshine straight for the best flavor.
