Hard Rock Café has re-debuted its World Burger Tour menu, loaded with unique burgers made using tastes from around the world — including a handful of flavors straight from the American Heartland. The 2017 iteration of the special sandwich lineup includes tastes from far-flung lands like Greece, Argentina, Colombia, India, France, Spain and South Korea, as well as a few tastes from right here in the states.
The Tennessee BBQ Burger features BBQ dry-rubbed beef, pickle slices, Memphis-style slaw, pulled pork, pig sauce, crisp-fried onions and cheddar on an Angus beef patty.
The Louisiana-born Jambalaya Burger comes is made with spiced Angus beef and topped with Cajun mayo, pickles, andouille sausage, pepper jack cheese and a jambalaya rice cake.
The Seminole Tribe of Florida’s entry, the Seminole Cattlemen Burger, features swamp cabbage — AKA palm hearts — fresh sliced tomato and tupelo-breaded alligator tail atop a seasoned, Seminole beef patty doused in Seminole wing sauce.
The international offerings are just as exciting. The Bosphorus Burger, hailing from Istanbul, Turkey, comes topped with slow-simmered eggplant salad, haydari yogurt sauce, lettuce and tomato.
New Delhi, India’s Spinach and Chickpea Burger includes a house-made vegetarian patty made with red-skin potatoes, spinach, chili peppers, cilantro, chickpeas and spices piled high with arugula, tomato, cucumber and spiced yogurt sauce.
Seoul, South Korea’s Kimchi Burger comes topped with Sriracha-seasoned kimchi, bulgogi sauce, tomato, lettuce and Sriracha mayo.
