According to Fortune, manager reported that he and his team were making this drink, before it had an official name, about 20 times per day which makes sense for right in the middle of flu season. So he took to the Starbucks internal message boards to find out if they were creating the drink correctly.
Judging by the instant popularity, Starbucks officially decided to add it to the menu in an unprecedented one day, where now it can help you conquer your allergies and alleviate symptoms.
