The beloved brand announced that Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios would be coming to store shelves in September, and finally they’ve released a date for the cereal that all Reese’s lovers are bound to love.
Just the box alone looks appetizing. One would almost expect pumpkin to appear, especially since every brand seems to have its own version of the trend, from Pumpkin Pie Spice butter to Pumpkin Spice Latte beer. However, Cheerios decided to march to its own drum and decided on a flavor that uses real cocoa and real peanut butter.
I already have the recipes in mind to make with these new little bites of chocolate-y, peanut butter goodness. Everything from trail mix to puppy chow could benefit from one of the tastiest flavor combinations out there.
