Central Texas Company Recalls Over 73,000 Pounds of Beef

A Waco, Texas company is recalling 73,742 pounds of beef in light of E. coli concerns, though no illnesses have been confirmed. H&B Packing Co. Inc. states that the boneless beef items were produced on March 6, 2017, per the USDA press release.

The products were shipped all over Texas, and the follow products specifically are being recalled. The first is a 60-pound box of boneless beef, with the case number 69029 and production date 03/06/17.

The second is made up multiple combo bins of boneless beef with case code 69029 and production date 03/06/17. The products being recalled all contain the establishment number EST. M13054 inside of the USDA inspection mark.

Again, no illnesses have been confirmed, but if you have any of these products, throw them out immediately or return them to the store in which you purchased them.

If you experience symptoms out of the ordinary related to diarrhea or vomiting, seek medical help immediately. More serious infections can develop following the ingestion of E. coli-laced items.
