In the case of wellness maven Andrea – or as Instagram knows her, Earthy Andy – her diet couldn’t get more healthy. Embracing the bounty of nature, she has transformed her own health simply by changing her eating habits.

After experiencing a wide array of grappling health issues – everything from IBS to skin problems – she knew that the only way to conquer her health problems, was to become her own expert. Doctors and specialist tried but to no avail. It wasn’t until she decided to give the raw ’til 4 lifestyle a shot that her life changed.

MANGO 2min 'NICE' CREAM BOWL ?? are you feeling a little puffy during holiday feasting? A quick way to drain the puffiness is decreasing/eliminating salt from your diet .Try it for even three days and you will start seeing more definition in your face and body . To start~ become aware of your usage and the hidden salts – take note of every time you add salt to your meals and cooking and look on labels ~ canned soups , sauces , chips are loaded with it . To Make THICK n CREAMY DREAMY ACAI SOUL BOWLS At Home ~ here's a fav .. ? 2 ACAI @sambazon packets ? 1 cup organic frozen blueberries ? 2 frozen ripe bananas ? 1/2 frozen organic strawberries (for tang) or mango (for more cream) METHOD ~ defrost slightly , the secret for thick soft serve consistency is little to no liquid and using creamy fruit like bananas or mangos as a base ✌?️ blend stop mash repeat until smooth and creamy like ?! Having a good blender helps and definitely worth the investment (it's actually the only kitchen appliance I really have besides a stove top .. and you can make endless things from soups , smoothies , nicecreams , sauces , salsa .. endless fast and healthy options! Did a curry rub and used hummus, squeeze of lemon and some cracked pepper as the dressin. I try to make a massive salad bowl mid morning and have it on hand to add at lunch and dinner , Takes minutes ✌?️?
If you find salads boring, do what Earth Andy does. Adds some curry spiced chickpeas and pistachios to your greens.

To make a healthful chocolate dipping sauce ! (And if want … Peanut butter is always invited to join ?✨) Recipe: 10 pitted medjool dates – 1 cup water (or coconut milk for extra creaminess) – 1 TBSP cacao powder or the chocolate lovers @yoursuperfoods 1/4 tsp vanilla (optional) Blend until smooth and then dip everything ! Store refrigerated with airtight lid✌?️ (If you want thicker add more dates (and if your dates are kinda dry.. Soak them for 15 minutes first in the water )

15. Mango Strawberry Banana
Strawberry Banana Bowls with a little hidden Beet ???slip in some beets to make a vibrant yummy bowl while adding a massive punch of Iron , manganese, potassium, copper, vitamin C and fiber?! To make : add 3 frozen banana 2 handful fresh or frozen strawberries and 1 raw or steamed (peeled beet) sweeten if needs be ! Also great with berries and mangos ??? (you can't taste beet (not even the kids notice it's in there – but if you like the earthy taste of beets- add two ! 🙂
