I'll admit it. One of my guilty pleasures, when I'm making homemade cookies, is to snag a few bits of raw cookie dough for myself. I can't help it. It's just so tempting and kind of makes you feel like a kid again. However, I do know to refrain myself from eating too much because there are some risks like food-borne illnesses and salmonella when consuming raw eggs.

Since cookie dough is so popular, there are many safe eggless cookie dough recipes out there for you to enjoy without the worry. Did you know that some grocery stores even sell tubs of cookie dough that you can purchase when you're having a craving? And in some areas, there are stores dedicated to scooping out edible cookie dough by the pint. I live about 40 minutes from one of those shops and the line is usually so long that you have to wait over an hour to get in. What some people do for their fix of edible cookie dough!

I have to say, funfetti is one of my favorite flavors for cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, cookies you name. It's full of colorful sprinkles and for this recipe, white chocolates chips are added in too.
