Oh, the wonderous world of grits. Grits can be served many ways and I'm here to tell you how. There is a huge debate with lovers of grits that centers around salt or sugar. Now as unimportant as that may seem, bring it up around the wrong crowd and be prepared to be removed from the group.

As a kid, I loved anything sweet so butter and sugar were my go-to for grits. As I got older and became a man, more savory flavors took over. See below for some of my favorite grits recipes that will keep your breakfast and possibly dinner moving forward.
